South Yorkshire Wheels2Work Application Process

Our four-step Application process is designed to give you a quick decision about whether you can loan a scooter from the scheme.

The steps are set out below:

Step One

Review our entry criteria and check that you can answer yes to all the questions. Do contact us if you have any questions.

Step Two

You can now complete our online Application form, which requires checking with Travel South Yorkshire Journey Planner to check whether there is any suitable public transport.  We can send you a paper copy of the form to complete if you prefer. You can call us at any stage if you’re not sure how to complete the Application form.

Step Three

We will call you within 3 working days of receiving your Application and to invite you to attend an interview with us to discuss your Application in more detail.

Step Four

Once accepted onto the scheme, you will be required to bring in some standard documentation. We will then book you on a CBT course, ask for a non-refundable admin fee of £50 and your first month’s loan payment.  On completion of the CBT, you will be allocated with a scooter.
